1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1. No Refunds on Completed Tours
Once a tour has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1.2. Reservation Deposit is Non-Refundable
A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit per vehicle is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot, and once booked, we stop selling that slot to others. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations.
1.3. Cancellation by the Customer
- • More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Refunds issued minus the $50 per vehicle deposit.
- • Within 48 hours of the scheduled tour: No refunds, but rescheduling available (see Section 2).
- • No-shows: Forfeit the full booking amount.
1.4. Cancellation by Miami ATV Rentals
If we must cancel due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may:
- • Reschedule at no additional cost, or
- • Receive a full refund (including the deposit).
2. Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Rescheduling by the Customer
- • At least 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No fee.
- • Less than 24 hours: $50 rescheduling fee per ATV.
- • Same-day rescheduling: Not permitted.
2.2. Rescheduling Due to Weather
If severe weather prevents the tour, customers may reschedule without penalty.
3. Late Arrivals & Tour Start Time
- • Customers must arrive on time.
- • 15+ minutes late may result in forfeiture without refund.
- • We will attempt to accommodate late arrivals if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Security Deposit Policy
- • A security deposit is required at check-in and held for potential damages.
- • Fully refundable if no damages occur.
